Contacting with community ──
When engaging with others in our community, please remember that everyone is just another individual. Any behavior such as spamming, rudeness, or disruption may result in muting or removal of your account from our communication channels, at our discretion. Threats of harm or intolerance will not be tolerated and may result in immediate action without warning.
Unmetered storage policy ──
All game plans include unlimited bandwidth and unmetered storage. However, storage usage must be fair and in accordance with our terms. We retain the right to suspend, withhold, or delete files if storage is abused or excessively utilized. As a general rule, budget plans allocate 5GB of disk space per 1GB of RAM.
Engaging in illegal activities, such as DDoSing or operating a Torrenting hub, will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Automated Billing ──
All services are set to automated billing until a cancellation request is submitted; upon such a request, no further payments are required for the related service unless otherwise specified in a contract or written agreement. In the event of late payment, your server will suspend after 1 day by default. After 3 days, all files may be lost. We do not assume responsibility for any file loss.
Refunds and cancellations ──
You have a 72-hour window after purchase to request a refund. Additionally, you have the flexibility to cancel your server immediately or at the end of the billing period, providing you with the control to manage your services according to your needs and preferences. Refund money will be transfered within 7 working days as soon as we will recieve the refund request and it will be transferred to the Bank Account you used to pay the invoice.
